FEMALE CIRCULAR MIGRATION: A VECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

This study presents the results of a project which consisted of the organisation of the monitoring of the migratory process of 500 Moroccan temporary workers who participate every year in fruit collection in Cartaya (Huelva).This procedure is based on a programme of support throughout the migratory process: before leaving Morocco, during their stay in Spain and on their return to their country. The study reflects on the effects of circular migration on local development.
