CIREM studies evolution trends in inequalities that are generated by the current context of the operation of the job market, especially those related to gender, age, education level and nationality of origin.
CIREM analyses and innovates territorial employment strategies and policies that are applied from their design to their final evaluation.
It locates, identifies and analyses what the current challenges and transformations in labour relations between employees and management, especially with regard to the quality of work, both locally and internationally.
